While we strive to ensure all product descriptions are accurate, the actual product may vary slightly in appearance due to screen resolution, monitor settings, and manufacturing differences.

3. Pricing

All prices on the Website are listed in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and are subject to applicable taxes, shipping charges, and other fees. Prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct any errors in pricing that may occur on the Website.

4. Ordering and Payment

    • Order Process: Customers can place orders by selecting products, adding them to the cart, and completing the checkout process.

    • Shipping Charges: We always ship to anywhere in NZ for a flat rate of $10.00.

    • Risk of Loss: All products are shipped via third-party carriers. Once your order is shipped, the risk of loss or damage passes to you, the customer.

    • Return Policy: We accept returns for defective or incorrect items within 14 days of receiving the order. Returns must be in unused, resalable condition.

Grab a Sign is not responsible for the proper installation, placement, or use of any safety-related signs (e.g., exit signs, fire extinguisher location signs). It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the signage meets all relevant regulations and is installed correctly.
